Yonakano Reiji took his usual route to high school until a beautiful foreign-looking blond girl dressed in Goth-Lolita fashion caught his eye. He presumed she was a tourist and resolved to resume his way to school, until the girl started flying that is. The girl happily noticed out loud that he could see and talk to her. So she declared him to be her fated one, even if she could not touch him due to her passing through all matter. After following him home and noticing that his mother also shared her sons ability to see and talk to her, she decided to get Reiji lots of girlfriends so that there would be more humans who could talk to her in the future. He isn't thrilled about the prospect of fathering as many children as humanly possible though.
