Summary:

Elfen Lied Synopsis: The Diclonius strain, also known as the two-horned man, was created by genetic mutation, marking a huge step forward in human history. The Diclonians have horns and the ability to teleport objects from great distances, depending on the "arms" that grow from their backs. However, they used that superpower to destroy humanity. Fearful of their abilities, a group of people put them in a secret research center, completely isolated from the human world. However, after an unfortunate accident, a female Diclonius escaped from prison and destroyed many guards.
